A big thank you to all the bakers this week, and to all the parents who helped out at the Bake Sale this morning. There was great excitement in the hall.
Next Family Mass for the parishes of St Pius X and St Jude’s will take place this coming Saturday 14th February, at the 5.30pm vigil in St Jude’s parish church.
We have a lot of flooding in front of the school reception area and at the main gate after the persistent rain over the past few weeks. There is an issue with the drains which means this will continue to worsen over the coming years. We are submitting an application for emergency works to the Dept. Of Education so that it can be addressed as soon as possible.
After a long process in the background, we are finally ready to get school hot lunches up and running. We encourage all parents to complete the login process, to have the option to order. If you do not wish to order for all 5 days a week, please select what suits your family best. You can order any time during the week, up to Friday @12pm. We will send reminders at the start to help. Please note that if you don’t change the order, it will default to remain the same for your child each week. Also, remember to bring in the Carambola empty lunch box each day as your child will need it to bring home any waste. We suggest that you put their snack for the first break in the Carambola lunchbox as a way of remembering. It’s very new for the school so we keep all aspects under review over the coming weeks.
Mid Term is here! After a long wet January, the months will start to fly by for school now! We look forward to seeing everyone back on Monday 23rd Feb. Have a great week!
